Hello, I am Hayleigh
Whilst pregnant with my daughter Maisie in 2010, I wanted to join a pregnancy exercise class that would benefit my ever-growing bump.
I discovered the benefits of antenatal yoga and joined a weekly class, but I also wanted a pregnancy swimming class but could not find anything in Bristol.
I knew there must be other pregnant ladies wanting to be in the water and carry out pregnancy aqua natal swimming classes, so I decided to research, began my formal training as a Birthlight aqua yoga, and baby swim teacher, and have never looked back.
I love welcoming new mums and their bumps and babies to our classes and sharing the physical and mental wellbeing that our swimming classes bring.

Meet the Team
Aquatic Harmony has grown through the years since 2011 and we now teach over ninety pregnant ladies per week and over 150 babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers in our swimming lesson through the week and weekends.
We have a great team of swimming teachers who are fully qualified STA level 2 baby and preschool swimming instructors, or Level 2 ASA Swimming instructors, fully DBS checked and are safe guarding and life guard qualified.
Our baby to preschool teachers are also trained in the unique approach to baby swim through the Birthlight baby swim programme.
Our aqua natal teachers are trained in the Birthlight aqua natal yoga programme and follow our inhouse training to bring the most effective aqua natal classes to our pregnant ladies.
Anna
Blacklands, Wiltshire Teacher
Lovely Anna is our Wiltshire teacher and teaches at our Blacklands location. Anna is STA baby to preschool, safeguarding children and SAT qualified and is fully DBS checked.
Anna is a huge asset to our Wiltshire team having a fantastic way with the children, parents and babies. Anna has two young children and has a passion for swimming.
Emelia
Gable Leisure Teacher
Emelia is one of our lovely Gable Leisure teachers and is level 2 and baby to preschool qualified. Emilia has been teaching since 2018 teaching babies, children and adults from beginners right through to competitive swimmers.
Emilia is SAT, Safeguarding children qualified and is fully DBS checked. Emilia brings passion and a gentle approach to our swimming classes but is excellent and getting little ones to swim and perfecting their technique.
Alasdair
Gable Leisure, Wraxall Teacher
Alasdair teaches our Preschool to Primary age classes at Gable Leisure pool in Wraxall and is a Level 2 Qualified Teacher .
Alasdair has been a competitive swimmer for many years and also enjoys open water swimming.
Lisa
The Hilton Hotel Teacher
Lisa is our lovely Baby to Preschool teachers at The Hilton Hotel teaching here on Tuedsays, Thursdays and Fridays. Lisa is fully STA Baby preschool, STA SAT safeguarding children qualified and is fully DBS checked.
Lisa has two small children so totally understands how little ones are in the water. Lisa is also Aqua Sensory qualified and brings these fantastic skills into the water.
Jo
Parson Street Bedminster Teacher
You will usually find Jo either teaching swimming or in Clevedon swimming in the sea!

Thank you so much for the aqua natal classes, Myki is absolutely fantastic! Without her birthing techniques alongside some hypnobirthing techniques I'd read up on, I don't know if I would have coped with my experience of labour as well as I did. I keep recomending the classes to friends.
I met one of the aqua natal mums on Monday at a breastfeeding support group, thanks to meeting her at the aquanatal class she gave me the encouragement to get out of the house which was a big step in my recovery. I have also met some lovely other ladies in class who I speak to almost every day and we have found lots of support in each other to become life long friends and share each others journey through pregnancy and parenthood.
