Aquatic Harmony provide swimming classes for you and your little one from pregnancy to primary school. Our swimming classes focus on water activites through your pregnancy to a childs primary years.
In our aqua natal swimming classes we use methods to enhance you and your baby’s well-being using a programme recommended by the Royal college of Midwives (RCM).
Our baby swimming and toddler swimming classes teach you holds and skills which encourage your little one to move freely in the water, grow with confidence, and gain water survival skills.
Our Preschool to primary school classes (Swim Academy) offer independent lessons to little ones who are non swimmers or need to brush up on their swim skills and technique.
All of our aqua natal and baby swimming and swim academy classes are held in lovely spa and hydrotherapy pools around Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire and North Somerset.

Thank you so much for the aqua natal classes, Myki is absolutely fantastic! Without her birthing techniques alongside some hypnobirthing techniques I'd read up on, I don't know if I would have coped with my experience of labour as well as I did. I keep recomending the classes to friends.
I met one of the aqua natal mums on Monday at a breastfeeding support group, thanks to meeting her at the aquanatal class she gave me the encouragement to get out of the house which was a big step in my recovery. I have also met some lovely other ladies in class who I speak to almost every day and we have found lots of support in each other to become life long friends and share each others journey through pregnancy and parenthood.
