The Hilton Double Tree Hotel Bradley Stoke Bristol is an ideal location just off the M4/M5 motorway. The pool is kept at 30 degrees and we are allocated half of the pool for our baby swim, swim academy and our Aqua natal classes. This pool provides spacious changing facilities, showers, lockers and free parking is available for our guests. The hotel has a cafe/restaurant ideal for socialising before or after classes. Baby, toddler and preschool swimming classes are held at The Hilton Hotel on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, our aqua natal classes are held on Thursday evenings. Our Swim Academy lessons (4 years to adults) are held on a Thursday from 3pm and Sunday from 2.30pm

Lisa
The Hilton Hotel Teacher
Lisa is one of our lovely Baby to Preschool teacher at The Hilton Hotel teaching here on Tuedsays, Thursdays and Fridays. Lisa is fully STA Baby preschool, STA SAT safeguarding children qualified and is fully DBS checked. Lisa is also Aqua Sensory qualified and brings these fantastic skills into the water.
Lisa has two small children so totally understands how little ones are in the water and loves to take them swimming as well as lane swimming herself when she gets the time.
Nicola
The Hilton Hotel Teacher
Nicola teaches our 1:1 Preschool to primary age classes at The Double tree Hilton Bradley Stoke and also covers some of our other Swim Academy classes. Nicola is a very experienced Level 2 qualified swim teacher and has been g since 2008. Nicola is amazing at perfecting our swimmers stroke technique and assisting nervous swimmers of all ages to gain confidence in the water.
Lucie
The Hilton Hotel Teacher
Lucie teaches our new born to Preschool swimming classes on a Sunday at The Hilton Bradley Stoke. Lucie has been teaching stages 1 to 10 since 2020 and baby to preschool since 2022. Lucie is fully DBS checked, Safeguarding and children qualified. As well as her love for swimming Lucie has two children which keep her very busy and you will also see Lucie teaching swimming at the Active Centres in Bristol.

Thank you so much for the aqua natal classes, Myki is absolutely fantastic! Without her birthing techniques alongside some hypnobirthing techniques I'd read up on, I don't know if I would have coped with my experience of labour as well as I did. I keep recomending the classes to friends.
I met one of the aqua natal mums on Monday at a breastfeeding support group, thanks to meeting her at the aquanatal class she gave me the encouragement to get out of the house which was a big step in my recovery. I have also met some lovely other ladies in class who I speak to almost every day and we have found lots of support in each other to become life long friends and share each others journey through pregnancy and parenthood.
